is a Minneapolis/St. Louis based director, producer, currently studying at Webster University’s Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts.
Aiden has directed The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals (SLAI), The Actor’s Nightmare, The Shark is Broken (staged reading), Paper Dolls, and Rabbit Hole (selected scene), among others. He has also assistant-directed Assassins at Paradise Community Theater, Cabaret at The New Jewish Theatre, and Tom Sawyer with Locally Grown Theatre. In addition to directing, he is an active leader in student theatre, having fully fundraised independent productions, won grant funding, and founded Webster’s Student-Led Arts Initiative.

Led a fully student-produced musical, overseeing artistic vision, casting, scheduling, and rehearsals. Coordinated fundraising efforts and secured local business sponsorships to cover production costs. Managed a creative team across design, music, and stage management, ensuring collaboration from concept to performance. Learned and executed high-level light engineering/design. Guided actors through comedic timing, ensemble work, and character development, while balancing production logistics to deliver a successful, well-received show.
